I produced After Hours A Cappella’s first music video, for their cover of Ella Eyre’s “Comeback”. This track was part of their 2016 EP release titled “Eye To Eye”, on which I also played the role of Assistant Audio Engineer (and Bass vocalist).

This project required a considerable amount of pre-production, as we needed to produce the video in conjunction with the song. We took inspiration from Ella Eyre’s official music video, directed by Jon Jon Augustavo, by including a “prologue” segment highlighting the motivation for our main character and soloist.
Production consisted of numerous shoots over the course of the year in Rochester, NY (note how some shots have snow and later, we’re wearing shorts). Post-production took place over the summer and was released in the fall of 2016.
I used Premiere Pro and After Effects (especially helpful for that car explosion). Shot on a Canon 5D Mk III.
